Wow! Both Santa and Mrs. Claus will return again this Holiday Season for kids, adults, and even dogs to have their pictures taken.
Take a look through the website to see what a grand time we had last season, and we are sure it will be better this year.
The goal of our nonprofit organization from Baytown is to increase the awareness of our history while preserving the commercial shopping district of days gone by. Through a collaboration of the merchants in our old downtown area, Baytown has once again proven its close knit personality. After all, we were isolated for so long, with Buffalo Bayou to the south, Burnet Bay to the west, and the San Jacinto River, Cedar Bayou, and Galveston Bay surrounding us the remainder of our perimeter, we had to rely on each other in times of need, whatever the case. Well that's something that all us Texans are famous for. And so it continues. Texas Avenue may have lost its granduer but not its personality; may have lost some of its buildings and shops but not its lure.
It is our mission to bring life again to Texas Avenue through this holiday event now in its eighteenth year.
